Common reasons to write in
- Delete my account.Write from your registered Google email and say "delete my account". We'll confirm and delete everything within 30 days. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first from the subscription page so future charges stop.
- Bug reports. Tell us what you saw, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one.
- Refunds & billing. Include the Cashfree payment reference (visible in your bank/UPI app or the Cashfree receipt email). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy first so you know what we can and cannot refund.
- Privacy requests. Data export, correction, or deletion. See our Privacy Policy.

Response time
Most messages get a reply within 2 working days. Refunds (where eligible) and account deletions are handled within 3 working days.
